During a recent annual audit project, PillarRx found errors totaling $2,000,000! Medical and pharmacy claims contained miscoding, which led to improper duplicate billings. PillarRx worked directly with the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) to solve all claim issues and lead the customer’s money recovery process.
