Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Personal Lines team in Taos, New Mexico.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Perform various clerical and administrative functions to provide support to the agency
  • Ensure that all clients, guests, and teammates are greeted with efficiency, professionalism, and warmth
  • Answer phones, route callers, and take and deliver messages
  • Run/create weekly and monthly reports for the department
  • Scan and attach all mail/correspondence for the department
  • Copy and assemble proposals
  • Address policy change requests by processing endorsements
  • Follow-up on cancellations and endorsements
  • Maintain pleasant and satisfactory relationships with all company and agency personnel, communicating all relevant information to the respective parties
  • Maintain appropriate level of confidentially of information processed
  • Other duties or special projects may be assigned

 

Required Skills

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 1+ years of office administration experience
  • Previous Personal Lines or Commercial Insurance experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
