No prior insurance experience is required as we provide industry leading, proprietary insurance sales and technical product training to all new hires.

As a Private Client Sales Producer, you will work with high net worth clients on a daily basis tailoring to their personal insurance needs. Our team environment will provide you with a wealth of resources to help you reach your full potential. New sales are the focus of the position and cross sales of existing clients is also encouraged.  Additional duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Actively and consistently pursue new prospect appointments through various outreach strategies
  • Renew existing clients annually
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and create referral networks
  • Participate in professional development activities
  • Development of market or product expertise in a specific industry
  • Ability to cross sell clients with other insurance divisions within the agency
  • Effectively coordinate with account management and support teams
  • Maintain trust and working relationships with various insurance carrier partners
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of successful consumer sales experience
  • Experience selling in affluent market highly preferred
  • Ability to network effectively within affluent social networks
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows Suite
  • Highly competitive with a strong desire to succeed
  • Financially motivated, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Detailed and analytical
  • Excellent verbal / presentation skills
  • Ability to daytime travel
  • Active Florida 2-20 Insurance License, or ability to obtain it within 60 days of employment
  • This position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle. Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this position.
