Brown & Brown Gulf States in Lafayette, LA has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Client Service Manager to join their team. The Client Service Manager’s primary responsibility includes performing customer service duties for client accounts and transactions.

Essential Duties and Functions:
– Build, expand and solidify relationships with clients at all levels within the company and lead appropriate resources to address the client’s needs.
– Process incoming mail from processors, faxes and service requests, as needed.
– Maintains renewal expirations and binders.
– Manage workflow and adjust priorities as necessary.
– Attend designated CSM meetings; maintain required CE credits.
– Responsible for the day to day account management of client records.
– Correspond and maintain contact with producers regarding new and renewal business, as needed.
– Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages or their equivalent.
– Maintain files, records and reports.

Required Skills

– High School Diploma required.
– Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
– Exceptional telephone demeanor
-P&C License
– Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

– Associates or Bachelors degree in a business or financial related discipline.
– 1-3 years experience in a similar position
