Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a Lead Generator/Telemarketer for its growing team in Anaheim, California.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Be responsible for relationship management and development of key prospects for Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty division of Brown & Brown
- Be able to create and develop an interest in our services and arrange appointments for our sales agents
- Maintain an updated database that will be kept noting follow-up action
- Submit status report to Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty departments daily
- Maintain a log that shows calls that have been made and success achieved
- Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
- Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
- Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills
- Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
- Other duties as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some college, preferred
- 1+ years’ experience with outbound phone-based customer service and/or tenure representing a product within a specialized industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
