WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Be responsible for relationship management and development of key prospects for Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty division of Brown & Brown
  • Be able to create and develop an interest in our services and arrange appointments for our sales agents
  • Maintain an updated database that will be kept to note follow-up action
  • Submit status report to Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty departments daily
  • Maintain a log that shows calls that have been made and success achieved
  • Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
  • Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
  • Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills
  • Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
  • Other duties as needed

Required Skills

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience with outbound phone-based customer service and/or tenure representing a product within a specialized industry
  • Active P&C and/or L&H license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
