We are looking for skilled and motivated professionals across the country to join our team in the role of Entry Level Insurance Professional. This position can work from any of over 300 locations and will allow you to cultivate your insurance expertise as you transition into the role of Broker and develop your own book of business.

Essential Duties:

  • Assist the Broker in reviewing applications to determine placement of coverage
  • Assist the Broker with the placement of risks with various carriers
  • Assist the Broker with the development of new business revenue from new and existing clients
  • Ensures quotes and binders are confirmed in writing, policies are issued promptly and accurately, state filings and taxes processed within applicable state laws
  • Completes and files documentation
  • Collaborates with Broker and associates with regards to coverages, changes in coverages, and perils
  • Services the designated book of business as it relates to marketing, administration and sales
  • Maintains compliance with Quality Control guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree, required. Risk Management &Insurance preferred
  • Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), required.
  • 1+ year work experience.
  • 2+ years sales experience, preferred.
