We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits division with our team located in Springdale, AR. The Account Manager will work as a liaison between our clients and our insurance carriers, coordinating the employee enrollment process into various insurance plans (medical, dental, disability, etc), and assisting with proper build out of the client HRIS system (if applicable). This position also provides post-enrollment support to our clients to ensure they experience the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Producing communication materials for clients
  • Preparing enrollment packages with benefit summaries and enrollment forms
  • Participating in client enrollment/information meetings
  • Gathering completed client enrollment applications and submitting data to insurance carriers
  • Updating and maintaining internal client records
  • Addressing client inquiries related to current benefit plans
  • Providing assistance on claims or billing issues
  • Additional duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
  • Knowledge of group insurance products and various HRIS systems
  • Experience within an employee benefits insurance agency or carrier is required
  • Proficiency in computer based skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.)
