We are seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial Lines division to support small and medium-sized accounts. The primary responsibility of the Client Service Manager will be to perform customer service duties for client accounts and transactions, in support of the production of the business

Essential duties and functions include the following:

 Build, expand and solidify relationships with clients at all levels within the company and lead appropriate resources to address the client’s needs.
 Process incoming mail from processors, faxes and service requests, as needed.
 Maintains renewal expiration and binders.
 Manage workflow and adjust priorities as necessary.
 Attend designated CSM meetings; maintain required CE credits.
 Responsible for the day to day account management of client records.
 Correspond and maintain contact with producers regarding new and renewal business, as needed.
 Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages or their equivalent.
 Maintain files, records and reports

Required Skills

 High School Diploma at minimum
 Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
 Exceptional telephone demeanor
 P&C License
 Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

 Associates or Bachelors degree in a business or financial related discipline.
 1-3 years experience in a similar position
