Job Summary

Anchor Risk & Claims Management is a subsidiary of Brown & Brown located in Dallas, TX. We provide Third Party Claims administration for Texas Non Subscription, Worker’s Compensation (Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana), Occupational Injury and ERISA Benefit Plan Administration with a staff of highly trained and experienced adjusters. Our third-party administration (TPA) services have been recognized among the best in the industry.

Due to the expansion of our Workers Compensation TPA services we are looking for an experienced Lost Time Adjuster, for Texas, Oklahoma or Louisiana  Workers Compensation claims.

This position can work remote from home.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Provide Customer Service to Clients and their Employees in the management of “on the job injuries”

• Complete and manage the investigation of WC claims filed by Clients and analyze the disbursement of benefits within the Statutory regulations of Workers Compensation laws governed by the State of Oklahoma

• Direct and control the Disability and Medical Management of a recipient of entitled benefits

• Monitor and adjudicate legal activity. Specifically responding to State WC Board filing requirements/notices and correspond with Legal Counsel representing Injured Workers.

• Prior experience in handling Statutory Workers Compensation claims for Oklahoma

Required Skills

• High school diploma and/or 2 years of general office experience.

• General computer knowledge

• Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster in State of  Texas, Oklahoma, or Louisiana

• This position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle. Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this position.
