We are currently seeking a skilled Client Account Manger to join our Indian Nations Program in our Pryor, OK office. The Account Manager will handle an assigned book of business including renewals, changes, and all other updates.

Essential Duties and Functions: include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Work with client and producer to gather all information for new business quoting.
  • Work Expirations
  • Update accord applications in AMS360
  • Update or create supplemental applications
  • Pull Loss runs
  • Prepare Loss Summaries
  • Prepare Proposals
  • Request and Process endorsements
  • Request and Process policies
  • Request and Process Audits
  • Complete Payroll Spreadsheets
  • Collect Aged Receivables
  • Process Payments
  • Work Open Activities
  • Issue Certificates
  • Turn in reported claims to carrier or broker
  • Attach all documentation to client in AMS360
  • Handle all customer and broker phone calls, faxes, emails, etc.

Required Skills


  • Minimum education required
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • 5+ years experience in a similar position
  • Insurance license or designation
