Brown & Brown Insurance is hiring a REMOTE Personal Lines Account Manager for its team in Phoenix, Arizona! The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Middle Market clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Make coverage recommendations to clients and cross-sell and upsell when necessary
  • Prepare and lead renewal meetings based on client needs
  • Perform all clerical duties related to client support
  • Provide support to the Sales team
  • Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
  • Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
  • Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills
  • Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
  • Other duties as needed

 

Required Skills

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • 2-5 years’ experience with Middle Market clients, required
  • Property & Casualty License, required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a business or finance-related discipline, preferred
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, a plus
