Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its team in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

  • Make coverage recommendations to clients and cross-sell and upsell when necessary
  • Prepare and lead renewal meetings based on client needs
  • Perform all clerical duties related to client support
  • Provide support to the Sales team
  • Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
  • Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
  • Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills
  • Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
  • Other duties as needed


Required Skills


  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • 2-5 years’ experience in personal insurance, preferred
  • Property & Casualty License, required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, preferred
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, a plus
