Job Summary

Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a REMOTE Account Manager for its Commercial Lines team in Denver, Colorado!

 

Candidate must be available to work during normal business hours in the MST time zone and be willing to occasionally travel to the office in Denver.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Respond to phone and email requests from clients and internal staff
  • Process daily mail, including faxes and emails, for assigned clients
  • Validate coverage and rating for policies, endorsements, audits & cancellations
  • Keep up-to-date follow up system for correspondence/requests
  • Maintain up-to-date renewal expiration reports
  • Invoice of policies, endorsements, audits and cancellations as required
  • Market new and renewal policies
  • Cross-sell to current clients
  • Prepare of proposals, applications, premium finance agreements etc.
  • Enter all required data into the agency management system to maintain current file data on all accounts
  • Attach all documents to the agency management system via the eTFile document management software
  • Pursue a course of personal, professional development
  • Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
  • Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
  • Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
  • Other duties as needed

 

Required Skills

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Commercial Lines AM or AE
  • Colorado P&C License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Proficiency in TAM, AMS360, or equivalent agency management system
  • Strong knowledge of the Colorado insurance carrier market
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
