Recent growth has prompted the need to fill several positions within our organization.  This can be a remote from home opportunity.

We currently have over 1500 teammates and we are looking to add a few key players.   We seek an  experienced Senior Associate Broker to join our commercial lines team at Peachtree Special Risk Brokers.  This exciting role will work in tandem with Producers, and Team Leaders to provide quality service to our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Builds, expands and solidifies relationships with clients at all levels within the company and leads appropriate resources to address the client’s needs, including risks and the identification and resolution of underwriting or policy issues.
  • Analyzes market information in order to develop, design, and implement creative strategies for sales team members and customers.
  • Successfully markets and provides solutions for renewal business revenue from existing clients.
  • Discusses business needs and proposes company products and services for new and existing clients.
  • Obtains prospects and actively pursues and creates interest by telephone calls, emails, and making personal visits with clients.
  • Retains knowledge of all markets available to maximize opportunities to negotiate placements.
  • Services the designated book of business as it relates to marketing, administration and sales.
  • Monitors, identifies and develops new methods for processes and procedures.
  • Maintains compliance with Quality Control guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Bachelors degree, in Risk Management & Insurance or other business related degree preferred.
  • Bachelors degree, in Risk Management & Insurance or other business related degree preferred.
  • An active state insurance license.
  • One (1) or more years of successful insurance experience.
  • Since this position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle.
    • Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter
    • Maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this position.
