Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking an Account Manager Assistant to join its growing Commercial Lines team in Anaheim, California!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Assist Account Managers in the servicing of existing accounts
  • Process carrier issued policies, check for accuracy, apply required electronic or manual stamps, mail or email policies to agents, scanning & saving all docs to AMS
  • Issue policies, certificates, and premium finance notices
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to branch
  • Answer questions regarding the organization’s services to assist in customer service functions
  • Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
  • Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
  • Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills
  • Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
  • Other duties as needed

 

Required Skills

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline, a plus
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar administrative support position, a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and friendly telephone demeanor
  • California State Insurance License, a plus
