Brown & Brown Northwest Insurance is seeking an Account Coordinator for its Commercial Lines Department in Bend, Oregon!

WHO YOU ARE:

You have solid communication skills. You prioritize work and manage time effectively. You have at least 1 year of experience in Property and Casualty insurance.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Generate reports as requested
  • Assist in sending out Renewal Questionnaires
  • Issue certificates of insurance
  • Order Loss Runs
  • Copy and assemble proposals
  • Process endorsements
  • Check policies ensure each policy is delivered to the customer within 30 days of receipt
  • Perform routine clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and operating office machines
  • Any other tasks the department deems necessary
  • Maintain appropriate level of confidentially of information processed
  • Duties are done in a team environment
  • Attend in-house educational sessions/classes as requested by leadership
  • Other duties or special projects may be assigned

 

Required Skills

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 1+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty preferred
  • Property & Casualty License preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
