Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Administrator for its team in Anaheim, California!

  • Check all policies for accuracy against, AMS, the proposal and bind order within 30 days of receipt
  • Process Certificates of Insurance
  • Download and process various documents from carrier websites
  • Process non-money endorsements for Account Manager
  • Once the endorsement is received from carrier, check for accuracy, mail to insured and document in AMS
  • MVR Ordering
  • Phone calls
  • Issue Vehicle Auto ID cards
  • Extend Binders
  • Send Renewal Questionnaires
  • Request consent to receive documents electronically for new business accounts
  • Follow up for signed applications
  • Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
  • Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
  • Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills
  • Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
  • Other duties as needed


Required Skills


  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or financial related discipline, preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and commitment to working in a team environment
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
