Commercial Lines Account Manager – Condo Unit

Location: Sarasota, Florida

Job Summary:
Seeking individual to manage a book of Residential Condominium Accounts. Work with commercial lines producers in handling all the inside work associated with the client’s insurance program including all endorsement activities, routine coverage questions, invoicing, problem solving, renewal control including re-marketing, price negotiation, preparation of formal proposals and checking and booking policies. Knowledge of commercial insurance products and pricing tools, being adept at word processing, Excel and working with internet based rating programs a plus.

Required Competencies:
Currently holds 2-20 license; Strong organizational skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effectively handle multiple tasks, projects and people, Meet deadlines and prioritize workloads, Highly motivated team player, High degree of self-discipline and motivation, Proficient in Microsoft Windows systems: Excel, Word, Outlook and internet usage, TAM 10.3; 3 or more years experience in Florida marketplace.

Salary Range: Negotiable
Relocation Expenses: Not Covered
