Job Summary:


Required Competencies:
Account Manager needed for growing personal lines agency. The Account Manager will be responsible for servicing/growing an established book of business, for the “Affluent” client within the agency. This will consist of day to day interaction with existing clients, processing service requests, answering carrier questions, policy endorsements, and developing strong rapport with clientele to ensure high retention/ cross selling opportunities. The Account Manager will be expected to be well versed regarding the full range of products marketed through the agency (additionally will ascertain that all clients have adequate/necessary coverage in place). Delivering the highest level of service and professionalism is a must at all times.

Requirements Include:

•Property & Casualty License, designations preferred
•Experience catering to the insurance needs of the affluent/high net worth client and related products/services
•Strong knowledge with regards to carrier software programs – Applied Vision a plus
•Exceptional organizational skills
•Effective written, verbal and communication skills
•Must be goal oriented with the drive to succeed
•Effective problem solving and analytical skills
•Ability to think quickly and improve a variety of situations
•Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
