Job Summary:
The Quality Control Department currently seeks qualified individuals to aid in the prevention of errors and omissions through the monitoring of branch offices. Responsibilities of a Quality Control Analyst include, but are not limited to: Assisting in Quality Control Reviews of the Retail, Programs and Brokerage offices on an annual basis, Submitting Quality Control Reports and Responses to the Legal Department for each office reviewed, Participating in special projects and assist other corporate departments as necessary, Pursuing a program of personal and professional development through completion of educational and departmental goals.
Required Competencies:
College degree (preferred), Proficiency in computer applications, Excellent written/verbal communication skills and high attention to detail, Insurance license (preferred), Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
Salary Range: Open for discussion
