Job Summary:
♦ Achieve account persistency goals ♦ Achieve new business production goals through account rounding and new clients ♦ Refer business to other Brown & Brown Insurance of Az. INC. personnel who have different product specializations. ♦ Provide services to existing accounts in accordance with agency standards. ♦ Represent the organization in a manner consistent with the mission statement, policy statements and objectives ♦ Maintain technical insurance/product skills through continuing education ♦ Maintain licensing requirements ♦ Perform special projects at management’s request ♦ Adhere to prospect and sales activity reporting requirements (complete, orderly and timely). ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete other administrative tasks (e.g. expense submissions) in a complete, orderly and timely manner. Perform your job in such a manner that other employees will consider it a pleasure and privilege to work with you.

Required Competencies:
Must have drive, empathy, energy and integrity with the ability to influence others. Should have demonstrated effective presentation skills through both verbal and written communications. A college degree is desirable and must have all licenses as required by the Department of Insurance.
