Account Executive - Producer

Location: Orange, CA
Job Summary:
The CalSurance office in Orange, California is currently seeking highly motivated Account Executives – Producer specializing in professional liability for our southeast and northeast territories. The Producer can operate out of a remote office at their home or another Brown & Brown office. Position is similar to Commercial Lines- Producer. As the 5th largest office within the Brown & Brown operations we offer a comprehensive benefit package and 40% - 20% commission with a draw commensurate with prior performance history.
Required Competencies:
Minimum of 2 year experience with property/casualty insurance background. Four year college degree. The ability to initiate and foster client relationships is essential. Candidate should have a high degree of self-discipline and motivation with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Salary Range: We offer a comprehensive benefit package and 40% - 20% commission with a draw commensurate with prior performance history. Average account size is $200,000 +.
