Sales Manager / Commercial Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Lead by example. Generate new business revenue through the sale of commercial property and casualty insurance. Manage/direct/support other commercial producers to grow their books and attract/train/mentor new producers to the office. Demonstrate clear knowledge of commercial insurance coverage and standard industry offerings. Be familiar with the coverage, programs, and guidelines of property/casualty insurance carriers. Leads will be generated through the development of professional relationships, cold calling, community involvement and internal referrals. This position provides unlimited earnings potential and advancement opportunities to a career-minded individual. Potential book transfer after successful production bench mark.
Required Competencies:

Ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks, projects and people
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player
High degree of self-discipline and motivation
3 or more years experience in industry is preferred
College degree
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office products
Ability to meet deadlines
