Job Summary:
Professional Services Plans is expanding. Currently PSP offers P&C products to dentists, physicians, lawyers and other professionals. We are looking for a Benefit’s Sales Manager experienced in business development who is capable of launching our new Benefits division to cross sell to existing clients. The individual should have an entrepreneurial energy, with at least 5 years experience in the insurance industry, and the ability to lead, manage, problem solve, and multi-task. Candidate must have strong sales experience in selling life, health, dental and disability products. Required Competencies:
Self Starter with ability to create and foster relationships with medical and legal professionals
Four year college degree required
Minimum of 5 years insurance experience, in selling benefits (medical, dental, life, disability) is required Management experience preferred but not necessary
Strong knowledge of TAM, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Brown & Brown policy and procedures a plus Ability to recruit and train staff
Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
Salary Range: Based on experience
