Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
This position requires a person who demonstrates clear knowledge of commercial insurance coverage and standard industry offerings. S/he must be familiar with the coverage programs and guidelines of property/casualty insurance carriers. This person will: confer w/producers, account managers and management to understand the reasons for marketing each account and determine what is required to meet organizational and client needs. S/he will develop close working relationships with companies, underwriters, and brokers, determine the appropriate markets to be approached and make market selections. The selected candidate will also ensure the professional quality and proper presentation of agency submissions to the market.
Required Competencies:
1. Ability to handle multiple complex tasks/projects simultaneously
2. Excellent organizational and time management discipline
3. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
4. Results orientation with the drive to succeed
5. Active New Jersey Property & Casualty License (required)
6. CPCU, CIC, ARM(or in the process of completing)and/or college degree
7. 5 or more years experience in the multi-line property/casualty insurance industry
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
