    Job Summary:

    Brown & Brown Insurance of Georgia, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive responsible for the day-to-day service of accounts assigned to them. This individual will work directly with the Producer and will at times meet with clients outside the office as required.  This individual is responsible for overseeing and guiding the Service Team within the Commercial Lines Department.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and retain existing book of business and pursue new opportunities for the book where appropriate.
    • Oversee and be responsible for overall day to day service on account.
    • Provide customer relations with all levels of client’s decision-makers as well as the day-to-day technical client representatives.
    • Follow up with customers to address their needs and resolve their problems/issues.
    • Ensure the proper resources from within the organization are involved with the customer and introduce new products through the other core business groups where appropriate.
    • Develop and oversee customer service plans for each client and understand the needs of the customer.
    • Responsible for securing renewal information and preparation of renewal applications and submissions to go to market or to Marketing Department.
    • Prepares Proposals for renewals presentations.
    • Encourage and motivate team members to achieve or exceed agency standards.
    • Prepare customer renewal and new business strategy including proposals and presentations and ensure they agree with customer’s requests/requirements.
    • Leads and assists with the presentation of the proposal for customer ensuring appropriate team members and resources are represented/attend.
    • Promote teamwork and commitment to department/agency goals.
    • Follow Agency guidelines, policies and procedures.
    • Remain current on industry trends and information, new product development, legislation, coverages and technology.
    • In time, spend approximately 10-20% of the time outside with the customers.

    USIS, Inc. is seeking Administrative support to assist the RN case-manager with various duties for Workers’ Compensation medical cases to facilitate and expedite medical care to the injured worker.  The Admin Assistant will identify issues that will require the case-manager’s attention.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Make initial contact with the injured worker, employer, provider, etc., after receipt of the First Report of Injury to obtain necessary information relevant to the claim. 
    • Identify and complete daily tasks related to the medical management of a Workers’ Compensation claim.
    • Schedule medical appointments, obtain records, work status, document notes in system and manage a timely diary system under the direction of the telephonic case-manager.
