    Responsibilities

    • Assists with the marketing of New Business

    • Process ICRs in compliance with Brown & Brown protocol
    • Assume full responsibility for service and administration of client accounts

    Account Technician - Commercial Lines - Seattle, WA

    • Refers gaps in coverage; low limits and other account deficiencies to Account Manager via e-mail so that the account and/or policy can be properly written
    • Assists with the issuance of Evidence of Insurance and Binders
    • Assists with clients requests received via Family Renewal Questionnaires (FRQR) to ensure response within 30 days of receipt
    • Contact clients and/or underwriters to obtain additional information as requested by Account Manager
    • Follows-up on delayed new, renewal and change requests from carriers (AM’s direct those diaries to AT’s attention)
    • Maintains accurate and timely documentation of communication pertaining to client’s insurance program

    Client Producer - Personal Lines /Private - Seattle, WA

    This position is responsible for personal lines/private client insurance sales, prospecting and service regarding financial and contractual features of client/potential client insurance plans.     Tribal Property & Casualty Account Manager - Seattle, WA

    Job Summary:

    To provide service to agency’s customers on their Tribal commercial insurance program through various means of communication with strong emphasis on retention and growth through prompt and courteous service.

    Assists Producers in the placement of new and renewal business.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct customer service support for Tribal commercial lines clients
    • Issue certificates of insurance, auto insurance ID cards, etc. 
    • Translate highly technical information for the client’s understanding
    • Complete applications, negotiating with underwriters and preparing proposals for new and renewal business proposals/offerings
    • Contact clients and/or underwriters to obtain additional information or answer questions
    • Ability to communicate negative actions to the client, while offering a solution to remedy the situation
    • Binds, or places coverage with acceptable carriers adhering to appropriate carriers binding authority
    • Set up and maintain electronic file information in the Agency Management System including data entry and client & policy database maintenance
    • Reviews accounts handled for adequate coverage.  Demonstrated ability to educate, cross sell, and upsell coverages, recommending changes to insured for enhanced protection, ensuring Brown & Brown of WA’s Minimum Standards are being met.
    • Process change requests and other coverage research issues
    • Process ICRs in compliance with Brown & Brown protocol
    • Check policy coverage and endorsements for accuracy
    • Assumes full responsibility for service and administration of client accounts
    • Assists with training as requested by Tribal Manager
    • Assists with Worker’s Compensation Analytical Reports as requested by Tribal Division Manager
    • Transacts Agency Billed Policy in timely fashion adhering to Brown & Brown protocol
    • Review Aged Receivables, follows up on collection of premium payments and assist the accounting department in reconciliation of company and client accounts
    • Manage & maintain individual Washington Producer’s License by attending appropriate CE classes
