    Responsibilities:

    • Enter endorsement items into the Agency Automation System that are received via mail, e-mail, or fax and process with Carries.  (See scanned mail procedures; CHGR if utilizing TAM Change Request, or PINT if on line)
    • Ensure accuracy of all endorsements received from the carriers except Service Center customers.  Follow up on all overdue items. (PENR for checking endorsements.)
    • Process all requests for vehicle changes; issue ID cards accordingly; issue binders for leased vehicle requests; issue CARCO forms, and follow up on receipt of CARCO and Bills of Sales and MSO for new vehicles from dealers.
    • Process daily download received from various carriers; update those suspended items.
    • Follow up with carriers for renewal policies not yet received.
    • Transpose all pertinent data from renewal policies onto the Agency’s automation system for non-downloaded policies and verify accuracy of information for down-loaded policies. (PREN activity)
    • Check carrier websites for daily activity transactions including Non Payments & Reinstatements, Endorsements, Renewals, etc., and update TAM according to corresponding procedures.

    The Risk Control Specialist position is a field position with Wright Risk Management- New York State Municipal Workers Compensation Alliance,(Comp Alliance), within Risk Management Department.
